What is a fanlisting?
that burning question
"A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans."

The Music
why this place exists
[Kimi-suki], as dubbed by fans, is UVERworld's first attempt at the ballad genre. Combining a gentle rhythm with TAKUYA∞'s melodic voice makes for a soothing track. The instrumentalists skillfully back-up the quality of this song with their given parts; it was even seen fit to add professional violinists to the mix.
Overall, UVERworld has proved that they know what they are doing, and these past three singles have shown that. They are almost certain to top their first album, [Timeless], with their second, which is due out for release January 17th.
Promotional Video
the visual impact
Just as the song is compared to previous singles, the promotional video compared to previous ones is very toned down. It starts off with TAKUYA∞ singing in a phone booth outside, and then switches to the full band performing in a cozy-looking living room; during these scenes the lighting causes everything to have a yellowish glow. The final scene change occurs when TAKUYA∞ is pictured within a grayish room surrounded by the violinists; these three venues make up all of the settings used in the PV.
The lighting, make-up, as well as all other elements are done beautifully in this video, and despite its serenity it is really touching. So much emotion and feeling is conveyed to the audience, that it is hard not to feel anything after watching. It is strongly recommended to view it if you have not already; it might give you another perspective on the song.
